Asic shop Warranty Policy.
1. General Product Warranty
All products purchased through Asic Shop are guaranteed to be of satisfactory quality and reasonably fit for their intended purpose under normal operating conditions.
However, Asic Shop does not provide a direct manufacturer warranty. All warranties are provided strictly by the original manufacturer and are subject to each manufacturer’s specific warranty terms and conditions.
Warranty eligibility depends on the product model, batch, and shipping date as determined by the manufacturer.
2. Warranty Exclusions (General)
The warranty does not cover defects or damage resulting from:
a. Normal wear and tear
b. Accidental damage
c. Improper installation or operation
d. Failure to follow manufacturer instructions
e. Unauthorized repairs, modifications, or firmware changes
f. Overclocking (unless explicitly permitted by manufacturer)
g. Use of non-approved power supplies or accessories
h. Environmental damage (moisture, corrosion, extreme heat, flooding, etc.)
i. Lightning, voltage surges, or unstable power supply
Warranty will be void if:
Components are removed or replaced without manufacturer approval
Serial numbers, barcodes, or identification labels are altered or removed
Hash boards, control boards, or chips are burnt or physically damaged
The miner is exposed to water immersion or excessive humidity
Mixed or non-original internal boards are detected.
3. Downtime & Liability Disclaimer
Asic Shop is not responsible for:
a. Loss of mining revenue
b. Downtime caused by defective equipment
c. Delays in shipping or customs clearance
d. Transportation-related delays
e. Consequential or indirect losses
4. Warranty Claim Process (General Procedure)
To initiate a warranty claim:
Email us at support@asicshop.net To Open a “Warranty Claim ticket” with Asic Shop.
Troubleshoot with our support team.
If approved, return the defective unit at your own shipping cost.
The product must be returned in its original packaging to prevent transit damage.
Additional damage during return transit may void warranty coverage.
If a replacement unit is approved within the warranty period:
Asic Shop will cover return shipping to the customer.
The customer covers shipping to the repair facility.

All used miners are tested prior to shipment.
Remaining warranty (if any) depends on the original manufacturer and batch release date.
Warranty becomes void under:
Component tampering
Lightning or voltage damage
Burnt boards or chips
Water exposure
Excessive overclocking

All sales are final unless otherwise stated by the manufacturer’s warranty policy.
Extended warranties, where available, must be arranged separately.
